Calcite Chamber is a room hidden in a pillar near the strange rock formation on Route 6. In order to gain access, the player must complete the puzzles in Frostveil Catacombs. The Legendary Pokémon Regirock waits for the player inside.

Catching Regirock

After completing the puzzles in Frostveil Catacombs, a violent earthquake occurs and a message indicates that certain chambers have opened, which includes the Calcite Chamber. When entering this rocky chamber, the player has to descend a rugged staircase, and Regirock is seen deep inside. Proceed and click on it to start the battle. Players only have one chance to catch it, so save beforehand and turn off Autosave. As Regirock is very difficult to catch and appears in a cave, it is recommended to purchase a lot of Dusk Balls in Poké Ball Emporium, Anthian City - Shopping District before actually proceeding to fight Regirock.
