Account Requirements
To use the Service, you must link your Discord and Roblox accounts. Your accounts will be verified using Discord's and Roblox's OAuth2. This will also create an account for you on our website.
User Obligations and Conduct
You agree to use the Service responsibly. Prohibited behaviors include bot activity (excluding webcrawlers), API abuse, copying of the website, and other activities that may harm the Service or its users.
Intellectual Property
All contents on this site and provided by the Service are the property of Project Bronze Forever and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property rights laws.
Purchases and Payments
Our website offers optional one-time purchases, gift codes, and recurring subscriptions (collectively, "Purchases"). Payments are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for these Purchases. When you make a Purchase, you also agree to Polar's terms and policies presented at checkout. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; these are handled by Polar and its payment providers. Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR); your local currency, where supported, and any applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated and shown by Polar at checkout. You must be at least 18 years old to make a Purchase, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Subscriptions
Subscription tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis and automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or the customer portal provided by Polar; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period. When a subscription ends or is cancelled, the associated benefits (including Discord roles, website access, and in-game perks tied to the subscription) are removed and your account tier reverts accordingly. We may change subscription pricing or benefits, and will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes in advance.
Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases deliver digital goods and benefits that are granted to your account immediately or shortly after payment. Except where required by applicable law, all Purchases are final and non-refundable. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content (for example, under EU or UK consumer law), you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase and that, by completing the Purchase, you request immediate delivery and waive that withdrawal right to the extent permitted. Refund requests are handled by Polar in accordance with its policies; granting a refund may result in the removal or revocation of the corresponding benefits, tokens, or access.
Virtual Items and Perks
All tokens, in-game items, cosmetic perks, Discord roles, and other benefits obtained through Purchases or gift codes are licensed, not sold, to you. They are provided as a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license, have no monetary or real-world value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash. We may modify, suspend, or revoke any such benefit, including for violations of these Terms, fraud, or payment reversal.
Gift Codes
Gift codes may be purchased and shared with others. Each gift code is valid for a single redemption, is tied to the account that redeems it, and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash. Once a gift code has been redeemed it is non-refundable. We may disable or invalidate gift codes that are associated with fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or abuse, and gift codes may have expiry dates.
Chargebacks and Fraud
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, or engaging in fraudulent purchase activity, may result in the immediate revocation of purchased benefits and the suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a dispute.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and bar your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.
Changes to the Terms
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Changes will be effective as soon as they are posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. We recommend checking this page periodically.
