Use whichever "punch" move according to the other mon's movesets. Pairs well with hazard removers such as landorus-t, wish passers such as alomomola, and fast choice specs users like dragapult.

252 evs in attack and speed, along with a jolly nature allows for the fastest speed stat. Alternatively, you could use adamant nature instead to maximize attack state.
