Works decently in sandstorm teams
Earthquake pairs well with its ability sandforce which allows it to deal decent dmg even with minimal atk EV Spread
Curse and Gyro Ball synergizes perfectly
Protect is self explanatory and ""Wide Guard** can be used against common threats like Char-Y's heatwave
With this EV Spread it makes it so that steelix is bulky on both defenses, and the 0 speed allows for maximum gyro ball damage
