This Lugia set is built to take physical hits as reliably as possible and slow down physical sweepers.
With 252 HP / 252 Def and a Bold nature, Lugia maximizes its physical bulk. Multiscale makes it even harder to break from full HP, which gives it a good chance to survive a strong hit.
