this manly aims to be a set up sweeper with quiver dance and fiery dance to contimue boosting special attack, giga drain helps with that as it allows consistant damage coverage and health recovery, hp rock over ground can also allow to deal damage to flash fire and balloon heartan when hp ground may not be able to and allows not to get walled by fire flying types like ho-oh and charizard which resist both stabs and are immune to ground, thus hp rock being useful here. timid can be really powerful, but bold can also be good for boosting physical defence or modest for slightly extra damage. if using sash to allow set up turn 1 each battle assuming no stealth rock or leading with it. firey dance allows volcarona to oprentially snowball at the cost at some immediate damage and the already lower chance to burn the opponent for continued damage increases by the move at 50% to boost special attack at a rate of 50% per use of the move
