Community Departments

Welcome to Community Departments. Our server features five specialized departments, each playing a vital role in developing and maintaining our Discord community. Supported and overseen by Tanoshii, these departments represent the core pillars of our server: Engagement, PvP, Trade, Wiki, and Bug Hunting.

Below is an overview of each department, its leadership teams, and how you can get involved.

The Engagement Department organizes daily interactive events, such as game nights on Roblox and other popular platforms, to build community participation and strengthen social connections among members.

• How to Play: You can find all upcoming game nights in the #events section of the Discord server. When a game night goes live, click the direct link sent out to join the fun!
• Important: Make sure to grab the Event Role in our server so you get pinged whenever an event happens and know exactly what game we are playing.

How to Join

To apply, complete the official Engagement Application. If you have any questions or need clarification, feel free to dm Ardazuz (@ardazuz) (Engagement Director).

The PvP Department organizes competitive events and tournaments using a variety of fun formats. If you win an event or tournament, you'll be rewarded with awesome prizes like LP (which you can use to buy cool items from the Looao Shop) and other big rewards!

To join this department, you need to prove your skills within the PvP community and stand out with your overall performance. Recruitment is handled directly by Bhn (Director) and dhwna (Deputy Director).

The Trade Department focuses on keeping our trade economy organized and accurate. They take care of the official Trade Values list, maintain the Official Trusted List for the game, and create helpful resources like the Breeders List guide to help out all the breeders in the server.

To join the Trade team, you must have a great understanding of item values and how trading works. If you've got the knowledge, reach out and ask Berserk (Trade Director) about joining.

The Wiki Department is responsible for maintaining the PBF Wiki and helping everyone out around the Discord server. They make sure the Wiki pages stay updated and actively help players deal with any issues they run into.

If you want to join the Wiki team, you need to be highly active in our help chat channels and show everyone that you are super knowledgeable about the game by consistently helping players solve their problems. Once you've been actively helping out, reach out directly to YeetosaurusRex (Director) or Albert (Deputy Director) to apply.

The Bug Hunter Department tracks down and reports in-game glitches and bugs—like screen freezes, broken NPC interactions, item glitches, and more.

• How to Report: If you find a glitch, post it in the #bugs-and-glitches channel. The department members will check it out, test it, and forward the report to higher moderation so it can get fixed.

To join the Bug Hunter Department, you need to be highly active in the #bugs-and-glitches channel, helping out with tracking and verifying issues. Once you've been active, you can apply by asking the Director or Deputy Director to give you a trial. The trial will test your game knowledge with some questions, and they will also look at how active you are both in-game and around the Discord server.
