Regular old Rapid Spinner

Fake Out is great chip damage with technician + stab + life orb / silk scarf

Double hit/ Return/ Frustration are great stab options, double hit don't around 105 cause of technician making it deal more damage than the other two in exchange for worse accuracy

Knock Off is good coverage against ghost switch ins that expect a fake out or it can be used against switch ins in general

Triple Axel / Low Kick are great coverage moves

And lastly U-turn is great to get out of bad match-ups

Adamant nature helps it deal as much as damage as possible with fake out chip and jolly helps it outspeed most mons with its decent speed

Drain punch is for steel types that threatens to wall Garbodor such as Orthworm Iron defense.
While Gunk shot is for Grass/Fairy such as Primarina, Clefable, etc.
Seed bomb is for Ground that threatens Garbodor such as Landorus-T, Excadrill, Charizard X
And Rock blast is to make sure sash mons are dead while killing Others such as Blaziken, Ribombee, etc.
(While using Weakness Policy is risky it'll be worth it once it gets hit by a ground/psychic [atleast lives 2 depends])

Jolly with Life orb, sniper and dragon dance
Adamant with choice band and swift swim+flip turn

Tatsugiri can be scary after +1 speed and +2 special attack soo..

•Hydro Pump/Surf : Surf for reliable water STAB and hydro pump for gambling + high base power.
•Rapid spin : to clean hazards and raise your speed.
•Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse : Meteor for the high base power STAB and pulse for those who wants to avoid -2 spa.
•Nasty Plot : Increase Tatsugiri spa for bigger damage.

Items
•Life orb : If you're greedy, run this to increase the dmg even more.
•Duty boots : to avoid hazards and stay healthy.

Note : Rapid spin first then Nasty plot and kill as much as possible (sweep if you can).
If Tatsugiri already kills 2-4 mons, dont be afraid of losing it.

Mega Sharpedo :

• Crunch : Main dark STAB that got boosted by jaw.
•Waterfall/Close Combat : Waterfall for water STAB against Ground and Fire type or Close combat to hit other dark type.
•Protect : Stall 1 turn to gain speed boost as base Sharpedo.
•Psychic Fangs : Boosted coverage move for Fighting and Poison type.
•Ice Fang : Coverage for Lando, Mence, Gliscor, and other mons that 4x weak to ice.

Note : ALWAYS gain speed boost first before mega evolving so you can outspeed stuff. Treat mega Sharpedo as late game cleaner because it cant really sweep things unless its an extremely good match ups.

For starters, Archeops is by no means a great Pokemon. It’s Deafeatist ability holds it back by cutting both offensive stats in half when at 50% hp or lower. But, we can negate this with a sitrus berry. If Archeops’ hp drops below half and goes back to over half from the sitrus berry, we can enable it to keep hitting harder. Acrobatics is especially useful since after consumption of the berry, we are above half hp and have a 110 power STAB flying move going off of our regained 140 base attack. Roost is a secondary option for Archeops as in some situations you may want more recovery and the ability to hit hard for longer. Rock slide helps check Flying, Ice, Fire, and Bug types. Rock slide is also a STAB move that does great damage while having a high flinch chance to pair with its decent 110 speed tier. Earthquake is great for Steel, Fire, Rock, and Electric types. U-turn enables Archeops to deal great chip damage and safely pivot into a partner. Archeops does massive damage when it has a good position with its nice coverage.

I Personally use 252 spa 76 speed and 182 hp. Pairs well with Dachsbun agility wish pass.

Clangorous Soul sets up the kommo-o to sweep while also boosting a +1 spA from the Throat Spray

Clanging Scales is a great stab move with great damage output, the only reason to use Dragon Pulse over it is to prevent accidental use of the throat spray as clangorous scales also activates it

Flamethrower / Flash Cannon are great coverage options for mons that usually wall it

And lastly Drain Punch is also an amazing stab option while also being a decent recovery move after using Clangorous Soul

The Hasty or Naive nature and the EV stat spread allows it to outspeed most mons after set up while also letting it hit hard on the physical side

freeze dry is stab and super effective against common stall mons such as alomomola, gliscor and toxapex.

sheer cold can be used in case of emergency against opponents that may resist freeze dry, or as a last ditch attempt if your other pokemon do not match up well against the opponent. also useful against opponents that use machamp with fissure + no guard, as levitate prevents fissure and no guard also ensures that cryogonal will land the hit

flash cannon for coverage

recover and protect are generally useful moves to have, though rapid spin can also provide utility to let your team switch in safely

holds sash because cryogonal is quite frail in physical defense and has a somewhat low hp stat. this allows it to potentially fire off two sheer colds before dying or damage a faster opponent

Superpower for Contrary boost in both defense and attack by one stage. Moonblast for fairy STAB. You can use Mystical Fire or Earth power for coverage and to hit types it’s weak to for super effective damage like Steel, Ice, Poison, and Rock.
You can also use Zen Headbutt or Iron head for physical side and as coverage. You can get a good switch in on Kingambit since it resists dark and even with this bulky set it can outspeed and use Superpower (4x Effective against Kingambit)

0 atk might be confusing
But the corv doens't use it's atk stat, all it does it defence
0 atk allows for lesser foul play damage which will allow you to clutch plays
Body press also allows to counter common foul players
The set doesn't just sit on the field and soak physical damage, it also wipes the opps from the face of the earth.
Mirror armor makes it even more physically bulky, as it bounces back intimidate to the common lando t which much threaten it

Stockpile works well with Muk's bulk and Spit Up returns the Stockpiles as damage. Rest + Chesto w/ Belch would be the safest berry Belch option but Lansat/Petaya w/ Belch can help do more damage. Minimize makes Muk untouchable or Acid Spray which helps Muk do more damage.
